The forum shall have a board of directors composed of a president, vice-president, and (5) members, of whom the general secretary will be appointed. The board will be formed according to the following conditions and controls. The Secretary General is a member of the Board of Directors ex officio, provided that the remaining members are elected from the General Assembly by secret ballot. No Arab nationality may have more than one representative on the council.
