1. Visit the forum’s website and register as a publisher.
2. Upload the commercial registration of the publishing house.
3. Upload the media license.
4. Upload the professional license (for Jordanians).
5. Upload the tax card (for Egyptians).
6. Upload a list of children’s books for the last 3 years using the Excel template.
7. If the country does not issue licenses (media, professional, or tax), the commercial registration should be uploaded again.
8. Click “Submit” to apply.

• Organizing professional and training workshops for member publishers.
• Publishing a rights catalog for members’ publications for international fairs.
• Showcasing members’ publications in all Arab book fairs.
• Sending forum members to international exhibitions.

• The award is exclusively for member publishing houses.
• Applicants must comply with the submission details announced annually.
• Submission details can be reviewed on the Awards page.

• $210 upon registration, and $105 annually for renewal (including tax).

• Commercial registration for all publishing houses (mandatory).
• Media license for countries that issue it (mandatory).
• Professional license for Jordanian publishers (mandatory).
• Tax card for Egyptian publishers (mandatory).
